On track to be the first agile and inclusive media booking solution, EBO has a roadmap to streamlining access to newsrooms and other content platforms traditionally coveted and dominated by non-diverse groups.  We pride ourselves on offering integrations that make access to diverse perspectives fast, efficient, and inclusive.


EBO identified 3 problems preventing diverse media bookings: access, efficiency, and accountability. As committed journalists, storytellers, and driven social entrepreneurs, we know the opportunities are endless in media for people of color when afforded equitable access. We are a sound investment and have big plans!

We are solving legacy newsroom inefficiencies while addressing DEI challenges in diverse talent bookings and recruitment using emerging technology.

The Problem: While 69% of Americans believe diversity in media is critical, 59% of Blacks and Hispanics do not feel they are properly portrayed in media. EBO believes all Americans should feel seen, heard, and understood; no matter their racial, socioeconomic or religious background.  

The Answer: EBO is on a mission is to break barriers to entry in media by using innovation to deregulate the media bookings industry.
